Savory & Partners granted St. Lucia Authorised Promoter status

Savory & Partners has recently been appointed as an Authorized Promoter for the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment program. This appointment was approved by the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit in August 2016 and the company is now officially included in the list of authorized Promoter Agents on the Government’s Citizenship by Investment website.

The newly launched St. Lucia Citizenship Program offers investors visa-free travel to over 121 countries including the EU Schengen countries, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom in only 3 months.

The St. Lucia Program is on par in terms of costs with all the other Caribbean Citizenship programs.
St. Lucia offers 3 distinct packages for Citizenship;

  • Donation: From $200,000 for a single applicant
  • Real estate investment: $300,000
  • Approved enterprise project: $2.5 Million

In order to maintain the integrity of the St. Lucia program, applicants will need to prove a minimum net worth of $3,000,000. The program is also only open to 500 applicants per year.
